Purchase experience was great, was allowed to take the test car out for a few hours to help me make an informed decision on whether the BMW was right for me. I was given all the answers to my questions which put my mind at ease during my purchase.

Hannah Littleboy was careful to fully understand our needs and follow this through to supply of the right vehicle at the right time. A good deal was then put together to satisfy our requirements. Hand over was then carried out extremely efficiently.

Fundamentals there, complementary checks/video/wash appreciated. There was apparent pressure on the staff though. If recommending tyres, need to ensure a good local contract so can be fitted. Price 1/3 over avg off putting.

The last time I took my car in it wasnt washed I was told the next time that I brought my car in it would get a good clean it looked okay but when I opened the doors all in innerside sills had not been done if you are going to do it do it properly

The day after my service I found a fault with my car, I struggle to see how this was missed at the time the car was first in the garage. It may not be part of the service but I feel that it should have been brought to my attention.

The staff were extremely kind, however after watching the servicing video the next day of my car the cost was rather on the high side. My electric car is only two years old with under 3,000 miles on the clock, but the service took one and a half hour

Availability was not great. Had to wait several weeks for available date. Waited a long time for a lift home. and car came back with tyre sensors needing reset. Would have been nice if this had been done.

Absolutely brilliant experience. After one of the other BMW dealer failed to help, Jardine was there for me and understood my frustration and their service was the best ever received in any BMW dealer which I've used in the last 12 years.

The only issue I had was with the parts department because the part that was order was correct, but the part that was in the box was the wrong part. At least that was the version I was told. Then I had to wait another week to get the issue fixed.

The feedback is that since the EGR was changed, there has been a noticeable increase in exhaust odor and the emergence of smoke from the ventilation system, which was not an issue prior to the replacement of parts.

The car was recalled for the second time and the date had to be changed as technicians supposedly very busy! Also cleaning of car was ok but the interior and door reveals weren't cleaned at all. Appreciate this was free, perhaps I am being too fussy!

Jardine Bury St Edmunds are and always have been fantastic. Always feel very well looked after and always kept informed throughout the process (and supplied with coffee also!). Ex aftersales manager and new Head of Business Marc is always amazing.

Replaced 2 rear tyres. I came in with 2.6barg at the front, 2.9barg at the back (recommended ECO settings);RR was a flat. After service I noticed you've reset at 2.4barg at front and back. Why? I'll now need to pump to correct ECO settings.

Car been in 7 plus times for the same adaptive head lamp issue with out being fixed had the car back since sat 17 in 4 30mile trips adaptive headlamp switched off 5 times for no reason Now getting rid of the x5

I was a little disappointed that having my car for over two weeks, when I collected it and turned on the ignition there was an alert that one of my tyres had low pressure, it would have been known when driving my car to the front of the building

Overall has been fine but dropped car off for MOT (it was spotless) and it was returned dirty: I appreciate some dirt on the mats can't be avoided, but the exterior was covered in dirt and the windows were filthy.
