The Service people were more on the ball than the bookings person. The IT adviser explained why traffic information had stopped working and how to sort that out. Password also reset. But, having bought the system renewal, the car refuses to do it.

Recall fixed, a complimentary vehicle health check outlining a couple of advisory's for me to get fixed, and my car was washed and hoovered too, which was a great bonus.

Would have put 5* but the car was washed and was quite a poor job Still had bugs over it and the inside wasn't attempted to be done The car wasn't dirty when brought in really but a but of a better wash wouldn't had gone a miss. Otherwise quality

The service experience was very good. Y car had stood for a few days as i was told you needed it for three days and was very dusty on collection. However you offered to rewash it and I was happy with that.

When collecting the car Tammy advised me that all the companies computer systems were down presenting her with quite an extenuating situation. She calmly outlined a plan which was to my satisfaction and enabled me to leave the premises with my car.

Staff came across that they cared about doing a good job. When I entered the dealership the service staff were busy with other customers. A technician walked past and stopped to speak to me and then directed me to another member of staff. Superb.

The thing I wouldn't recommend Jardines is the pricing compared to other BMW dealers. I've got a quote for the same work from Jardines and another BWM dealer in IPSWICH and Jardines was double the price for the same service.
